Again a busy day for the Club with the weather being far kinder than the past several weeks. No rain and not blowing a gale during competitions was a welcome change.

26 “Come and Try” Guests were welcomed and the Committee thanks those Club Members who assisted with this event.  These days are extremely popular with the next date, August 8th, having 23 Guests confirmed at this point in time.

4 ISSF Trap, 8 DTL and 3 Skeet squads participate in the planned program.  Welcome to our many visitors who joined us for the day and to those who came for their first competition in any of the disciplines, we hoped you enjoyed yourself and will return to compete again.  Great to have the “Skeeties” back in competition mode and thanks also to Jeff Tonna for completing the ISSF program when Craig Henwood had to rush away to watch his beloved Richmond team lose to Freemantle in the last minutes of the game.  Never mind Craig, always next week and possibly the same result!
